Frequently asked questions.

Do you supply parts and components? 

  • No, but I can assist in looking for parts that you require and if you wish for me to source the parts I charge a $15 fee to get it for you. I have small stock of shifter cables and shimano chains, except for 12 speed and BMX chain.

How do I get my bike serviced?

  • Pick from the service menu what kind of service you require and then get in touch with me either by phone call or email.

Do I need to drop off my bike on the day of the booked service?

  • You can drop your bike ahead of time of the booking if you prefer, at a time and day agreed upon.

What payments do you accept?

  • Cash, direct bank transfer via payID only and eftpos with small surcharge.

How long will service take?

  • It will depend on the service required, some will only take same day. Epic service will take 1-2 days. If there are parts replacement required, it will be parts availability dependent.

Do you offer guarantee on your work?

  • Yes. If the same issue arises on the work that was done, just bring it back and I will rectify it within reasonable time period.

Can you pick up my bike from  home and drop it off after service?

  • I don't offer that option at the moment but something in the cards in the future.

Do you offer mobile service?

  • No. I'm not set-up for a mobile service.

Do you offer service for suspension, eBikes, or escooter?

  • No, not at this time as it require more specialist tools. I can service mechanical parts of an eBike. Definitely, NOT escooter.
